Community Benefit Fund

In 2026, the SEC Delburn Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund will invest $150,000 in the communities surrounding the wind farm.

Applications for the Fund will open on Friday 18 September 2026 and close on Friday 30 October 2026.

Grants of up to $25,000 will support projects that strengthen local communities, enhance community facilities, build resilience and contribute to positive social, environmental and economic outcomes across the region.

The Fund is focused on supporting organisations and projects within communities in the vicinity of the SEC Delburn Wind Farm, including those across the Latrobe Valley, South Gippsland and Baw Baw regions.

SEC is also looking for community members to play an important role in assessing and recommending funding applications. Learn more and apply here.

Successful grant applicants are expected to be announced following the completion of the assessment process.
